Hello everyone this is my first blog for weight loss and health tips. But this will add much value to your effort. Nowadays society is facing a big challenge about health and obesity. Obesity is the only reason for many diseases, not only disease this also affects the person's personality. The fatty person feels Embarrass in many situations of life, but anyone can reduce fat with some awareness about some eating habits that are scientifically proven there are some 5 essential things that make very easy to weight loss and stay healthy

Water

Water is a very essential thing for weight management. But many people do not know-how. Many people don't know how much water they have to drink for good health. Every person should drink one-liter water on 20 kg of his or her weight. For example, if a person with 60 kg Weight should Drink 3 Liter water daily. Please intake only warm water if possible. A person can intake a maximum of 5 liters of water if his or her weight above 100 kg because every person's kidney can filter only 5 liters of water otherwise it is harmful to the body. This good habit of drinking much water can release extra fat from the body through urine.

Protein

 If you are Hostile to fat, Befriend protein. Because Protein is one of the big enemies of fat. We should intake protein for weight management. We should know how much protein important to take for everyone on a daily bases. According to science and nutritionist, one should take 1 gm protein per 1 kg weight of the person. For example if someone has 60 kg of weight than it should take 60 gm of protein daily. Protein helps to make muscles to our bodies. And that's a solution the more muscle mass, the faster the weight loss.

Exercise

 If we want to lose weight quickly then we should exercise. Early Morning is the best time to do exercise for weight loss. Stretching is good for weight loss program. The management of weight especially for ladies with the combination of protein and exercise lean muscles increasing very fast in the body. Lean muscles are helping to do healthy weight loss. More the Lean Muscles help burn the extra fat of the body.

Carbohydrates

We need in our balanced diet 40% of the carbs. Carbs are necessary for our body functioning. We need 700 to 1000 calories from carbs. If we take more carbs than need then the body converts it into fats. And then collects it into the abdomen area. We should take good carbs and limited carbs in our food for weight loss

Fiber

 A big reason for extra fat in our belly, we ate more than our need for the body. Sometimes we eat something unnecessary for the only taste even if we are not hungry this is called artificial hunger. So we should take Fiber for this problem. Eating fiber-rich food makes your stomach full or not feel hungry. So we avoid eating too much and did not convert into fat.
