Hello, everyone, this is the admin of my health coach-s now here I am with 2nd part of lifestyle disease and their cures and healthy Lifestyle tips. As we discuss in the previous topic, about the Importance of Lifestyle, lifestyle diseases, and their cure. Now we continue the same with the topic of BP and Thyroid that are also come in the category of Lifestyle diseases

 Hypertension or High BP

High Blood Pressure or hypertension is a very common disease, but it is also a serious problem. Well, High BP caused due to aging is a very obvious thing, but nowadays due to bad eating habits, this disease is happening to younger people. In medical terms, high bp or hypertension is also called as a silent killer, but why because, high BP can cause a heart attack or stroke

Cause of High BP


 Hypertension or high BP is caused by genetically but today's bad Lifestyle also responsible for this that's why we listed it for Lifestyle disease this happen by bad eating habits like eating so much oil, much salt, eat less nutritious food and don't do exercise for while minute because of eating extra fat, fat will freezes into arteries, blood can't flow properly in the body, so that heart has to beat with more pressure so that's why high BP is happens

Symptoms

If we talking about the symptoms of hypertension are headache, pain in shoulders, nervousness are main symptoms, If it is not treated soon it causes fainting, dizziness, and a bad effect on the kidney.

 Prevention

  To prevent hypertension we should adopt a healthy lifestyle. firstly we should control the consumption of salt daily. According to facts if someone is suffering from hypertension he should take less then 5 grams of salt. One should manage his weight for the cure of this disease. And also we should take a good sleep, a balanced diet, do exercise, take nutritious food. And check your BP level frequently. For controlling the high BP green vegetable fruits and liquid nutrition are a very good option.

Hypotension low BP

Low blood pressure called hypertension also a lifestyle disease. by the way, the problem of low BP is due to aging but in many cases, it happens due to bad Lifestyle or bad eating habits. Majorly Hypotension happens to those people who are overweight and who are not taking good nutrition not taking a good amount of sleep not take a well-balanced diet and who are taking more stress and this also happens to those who have Kidney Disease and eating many medicines.

Symptoms

 hypotension of low BP causes weakness in the body, Headache and Tribulation are very common symptoms of hypertension, If in case the hypotension is prolonged then the person can also have fainted and also has trouble in breathing

Prevention

To prevent hypotension or low Blood Pressure. we should adopt a healthy lifestyle if anyone is suffering from the low BP lemon juice with sugar and salt is an instant solution for that. Otherwise, first of all, we should lose our weight to protect ourselves from this disease. We should take a good amount of water, and take a good amount of sleep for 7 to 8 hours and good nutrition food for a healthy life. And one thing weight management is very necessary for a healthy life.

Thyroid Disease (Especially in women)



In India, there is every person out of 10 is suffering from Thyroid but many people do not know they are suffering from this the thyroid is a gland near the end of the tongue. It produces an essential hormone that is using for the good functioning of our metabolism and increases the immunity power, In this case, the production of hormones is getting imbalanced, so we can say anyone having thyroid disease, but the imbalance of secretion of the hormones in the body it creates many problems like low immunity power, weakness, and obesity problem. The causes of thyroid having many reasons one of them also bad eating habits or taken of more or less quantity of iodine daily, less nutritious food, and medicines are also can be the reason behind the thyroid.

 Prevention of Thyroid.

Before we discuss the prevention of thyroid, let's talk about the things that should avoid first in this scenario we should avoid fast food, fried food for anything that contains protein food like dairy products, pulses, broccoli, nonveg, etc. First, we should avoid these things in our daily consumption for the prevention of thyroid. We should take nutritious food like Multivitamin and fiber, Almonds and Walnuts is very beneficial for balancing of hormonal balancing with daily consumption it will help to reduce thyroid.
